About Experiential Learning
The “Experiential Learning” component is the cornerstone of this executive program, designed to transform theoretical knowledge into market-ready professional skills. Unlike traditional courses, this program places a heavy emphasis on “learning by doing” through a dedicated hands-on training module.

Key Practical Modules Participants will acquire immediate, applicable skills through the following activities:
Automated Reporting: Learn to create compliant ESG reports using automated templates, significantly reducing traditional workloads.
Blockchain-Verified Audits: Perform comprehensive audits using blockchain-verified data trails to ensure data integrity.

Capstone Project The learning journey culminates in Module 3: Capstone Project & Practical Learning. Prof. Ranjan Das The program is led by Prof. Ranjan Das, a distinguished expert in Strategy, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership. He brings a unique blend of academic rigor and practical industry experience to the program.
Academic Background: Prof. Das holds a PhD in Strategic Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.
Teaching Excellence: He has over 30 years of experience as a faculty member and consultant at premier business schools, including IIM Calcutta (since 1994), the Indian School of Business (ISB) Hyderabad, and IIM Jammu.
Industry & Entrepreneurial Experience: With 20 years of industry experience, Prof. Das is also a successful entrepreneur. In 2008, he founded The Strategy Academy Centre for Advanced Studies (TSACAS), which established India’s first 100% Live and Online Smart Learning and Transformation Solution.
Academic Alliance The program draws strength from its academic alliance with Jadavpur University, a stellar 70-year-old government-funded State University located in Kolkata.
